Introduction
1.1. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of HealthSpring Diagnostics’ services, including our website and diagnostic centers. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services Offered
2.1. HealthSpring Diagnostics provides a range of diagnostic services, including sample collection (at centers and at home), medical testing, and the delivery of diagnostic reports.
2.2. Services and pricing are subject to change and are detailed on our website or at our centers.
Appointments and Sample Collection
3.1. We encourage patients to schedule appointments for services. Walk-in appointments are subject to availability.
3.2. You must provide accurate and complete personal and medical information when scheduling an appointment or submitting a sample.
3.3. For home collection, you must ensure a safe and suitable environment for our phlebotomist.
Payment and Billing
4.1. Payment for all services is due at the time of booking or service delivery, unless otherwise agreed.
4.2. We accept payments via cash, credit/debit cards, and online payment gateways. A detailed receipt will be provided for all transactions.
4.3. Payments for services rendered are non-refundable once the sample has been processed.
Test Reports and Results
5.1. Test results will be delivered to you or your authorized representative via our secure online portal, email, or in person, as requested.
5.2. While we strive for accuracy and timeliness, HealthSpring Diagnostics is not responsible for delays in reporting due to factors beyond our control, such as technical issues or complex testing requirements.
5.3. Test results are for informational purposes and should be interpreted by a qualified medical professional.
Confidentiality and Privacy
6.1. We are committed to protecting patient confidentiality in compliance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws. All patient data is treated as confidential and accessed only by authorized personnel.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
7.1. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide notice at least 4 hours in advance.
7.2. Cancellations made with less than 4 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, particularly for home collection services.
Liability and Disclaimers
8.1. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for any diagnostic errors resulting from poor sample quality or incorrect information provided by the patient.
8.2. HealthSpring Diagnostics is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property on our premises.
Amendments
9.1. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune.
